Company Introduction:
Shandong Dingchang Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 2008. It is a private enterprise producing various kinds of steel towers, which located in East of North Chengyang Road, Juxian, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China.
Dingchang product includes the 10kV ~ 1100kV transmission line tower, a full range of broadcast and communication towers, the electric railway contact line support and wind driven generator bearing, etc., and widely used in the electric power, broadcasting, telecommunications, railway transportation and other industries.
To better serve the development of state grid, broadcasting and communication industries, our company undertook the new tower project of 200, 000 tons in 2009, with the construction area of 100, 000 square meters, mainly including ten high-standard angle iron tower workshops, two pipe tower workshops, one galvanizing workshop, storages, finished product workshops, a semi-finished product workshop, standard component workshops, technology research and development centers, quality inspection buildings as well as office and living facilities, etc...Now, the part of angle iron tower project has been in full production.
Along with the development of new project into production, our company has the adding total area of 330, 792 square meters, as well as the total number of 1480 employees, including 210 engineering technical personnel. After the project is fully put into production, our company′s annual comprehensive production capacity of towers can reach more than 200, 000 tons.
Our company has the normalized and advanced technology R & D centers and technology sections as well as 66 professional and technical personnel. By using the advanced computer design lofting software, mapping software and mapping equipment, our company has implemented the automated production of sample plate, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of lofting. By working with the Design Institute for mapping, we have further improved our technical strength, while a variety of process equipment and technologies are mature and reliable, and the production from sample plate to sample rod can be precise, so as to ensure the welding precision and successful installation of tower parts.
Our company has its sound quality management system and perfect detection means. Meanwhile, our company has more than 320 sets of instruments and equipment for laboratory test, steel physical property test and nondestructive test of five elements, including carbon, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus and silicon, effectively and necessarily controlling the entire process of raw materials and fasteners into the plant, production processes and products leaving factory, so that the products manufactured pass rate has remained at 100%.
